My First Proposal  ...for an interested best friend, a boyfriend, or a husband.   
 
You want to reach me,  Hear my voice; but,  For me, murder sleeps in a telephone receiver;  
But, not in the sound of your voice.  Would you accept this horrid phobia; be patient, and still try to find me?  Or would you let me go for someone simpler -- always a call away?  ..one you don't have to write letters just to share great news?  ..one you don't have to crunch your whole self into a text when something huge is pulling at your heart?  A different someone without such pathetic irrational fears?

VIEW CRITIQUE
Christmas carols echo solemn  Against the walls of a cellar.  Gathered tightly in a dim room  Strangers knit together  Each afraid to tell her.   
She’s heard of Santa, his white hair;  Closer sits a thick-bearded man.  Wide-eyed, three and homeless.  A new simple doll is grand.  She smiles once Jesus has taken her hand.   
With Him,  She sits so close to Heaven,  And so far from Home.   
Perched in a third-story bedroom,  She watches anger, heated; burst ablaze.  Rushing to lock the door,  She trips, in terror she lays;  Pleading like any

I'm 21 years old and I want to make an impact, somewhere, anywhere.
I've written one novel, self published, and am working on another. I author a webcomic, because I love to make people laugh. I'm addicted to deviantART and World of Warcraft. I spend most of my time on the web at one of those.
I currently attend the University of Tennessee in the major of Geological and Earth Sciences. I geek out over minerals, volcanoes, and the first generation poke`mon. They don't make them like they used to!

So, where have I been????
Sorry Guys.
In the last journal I told you all school was killing me.
It's gotten worse. I have 2 books to read for a paper due thursday (yes, BOOKS. THIS Thursday) for history, and we are reading a Victorian novel, which is Victorian LENGTH, in english. ("The Mill on the Floss" by George Eliot, who was actually a woman..) Then after that paper in history, I have another 3 books to read in 3 weeks for ANOTHER paper.. And more books and papers in history.
And that doesn't mention the 4 homework assignments weekly for chemistry or the 4 homework assignments weekly for math.
Yeah..

Needless to say, I've been neglecting the internet. I pop on for a second to check my messages, but my journals and deviations are running rampant. When I have a moment to breathe I will catch up, I promise. (I'm sorry!)

And if you haven't guessed, the comic is currently postponed. When I have time to breath, I'll draw too.

Hope everyone is doing okay, I really haven't had the chance to check journals...
